Who killed Agents Brian Terry & Nick Ivie

 

Zack Taylor is the current Chairman of the National Association of Former Border Patrol Officers. He is a retired Supervisory Border Patrol Agent from Nogales, Arizona. Mr. Taylor has been with the Border Patrol for over 26 years on the U.S. Mexico Border.

From his kitchen window he can see the Mesquite Seep area where Agent Brian Terry was killed (Fast & Furious). He listened to the unedited radio traffic before during and after the Nick Ivie murder very shortly after the event. “We at NAFBPO realize that bringing up the fact that both incidents require a credible investigation may seem awkward to some, yet we are advocating for that to happen”

We have the deepest sympathy for the pain that both the Terry and Ivie family have gone through and believe that if they knew what we know they too would actively press for both cases to be credibly investigated. “ I personally have read the book Who Shot Nick Ivie and it agrees in detail with what we found out about the facts at the time to the extent that Mr. Freeman’s account also cries out for a credible investigation and should be used as a reference when opening up the case”.

Mr. Taylor said “ As for the Brian Terry murder what was rendered as an investigation was a farce and did not include the authorizing documents justifying the Fast & Furious Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF)

DOJ program”. We expect flak from this statement as many powerful people have a vested interest in keeping the facts of both cases from public view.
